Do I need to provide my own AI API keys?
No. PawClaw.ai connects managed AI models. Free models are available within the current limit, and supported custom keys can be configured later if needed.
How do I pay for services?
Your monetary account balance pays for agent deployment, while AI balance covers paid model usage. The current price of an operation is always shown before you confirm it.
How are my messages processed?
Messages and attachments are sent to your agent and selected AI provider as needed to perform the task. PawClaw.ai does not train its own foundation model on your conversations. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is my data isolated from other users?
Each deployment creates a separate agent instance in an isolated container environment with its own files, memory, and configuration.
How long does a deployment take?
An agent usually launches in about a minute. Actual time depends on the selected agent, infrastructure load, and third-party service availability.
What happens if I delete or recreate an agent?
Its working environment, files, memory, history, and local configuration may be permanently removed, and channel connections may be disconnected. Save important data first.
What is AI balance?
It is a separate internal balance for paid AI models. Cost depends on the selected model and actual request usage.
Are free AI models available?
Yes. Free models are available within the current usage limit. Limits, speed, and availability can change and are shown in the interface.
Can I connect multiple messaging channels?
Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and the built-in web interface are available. The exact set and setup flow depend on the selected agent and current integration version.
What happens if deployment fails?
If the platform records a failure before deployment completes, the reserved charge may be returned to your account balance. Contact support if the status is unclear.
Is PawClaw.ai an official OpenClaw or Hermes project?
No. PawClaw.ai is an independent cloud service for deploying and managing compatible AI agents. OpenClaw and Hermes are developed by separate teams.
How can I manage an agent from my phone?
Use the PawClaw.ai web interface, installable PWA, or a connected messenger. OpenClaw also has official iOS and Android apps, while Hermes users can use HermesPilot on iOS.
