This page helps users understand rights provided by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights apply when our processing of your personal data falls within the GDPR.
It supplements the PawClaw.ai Privacy Policy and does not replace it. Your exact rights depend on the circumstances, location, and applicable law.

Data that may be processed
- account, authentication, and support communication data;
- payment status, internal balances, and transaction history;
- agent configuration, logs, and technical instance parameters;
- messages, files, and instructions sent to an agent or connected service;
- IP addresses and infrastructure security events.

Purposes and legal bases
Depending on the operation, processing may be necessary for:
- contract performance — accounts, agent deployment, billing, and support;
- legitimate interests — platform security, abuse prevention, and error correction;
- legal obligations — record keeping, lawful requests, and protection of legal rights;
- consent — where applicable law requires a separate voluntary choice.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing performed before it.

Submitting a request
Email hello@pawclaw.ai from the address connected to your account. State the request type, account email, and information that will help us locate the relevant records. Never send your password, full token, or agent secrets.
We may request reasonable identity verification to avoid disclosing or deleting data for an unauthorized person. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

When a request may be limited
Some information cannot be deleted immediately when needed for an active contract, fraud prevention, a legal obligation, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive requests may be handled under GDPR rules. Where a request cannot be completed, we explain why when legally permitted.

Providers and international transfers
AI providers, messaging channels, payment services, and infrastructure services you select may process the data they receive. Their role and terms depend on the integration.
A provider outside your country may involve an international transfer. We use safeguards required and available under applicable law for the relevant processing.

Automated AI actions
AI agents generate responses and may perform automated actions within granted permissions. PawClaw.ai is not intended to make legally significant decisions about people without appropriate oversight.
For hiring, credit, medical, legal, or other high-risk decisions, maintain human review and assess applicable legal requirements.
